Acceptable Use & Platform Safety

Last updated: May 11, 2026

MakeInfluencer.ai is a strictly safe-for-work AI character and content generation platform built for creators, brands, and agencies. We take platform safety seriously and have invested heavily in multi-layer automated moderation, identity protection, and abuse prevention. This page describes how we keep the platform safe, what is and is not allowed, and how to report content that violates our policies.

Strictly safe-for-work positioning

MakeInfluencer.ai is positioned as a SFW-only product. Our platform, marketing surfaces, dashboard presets, and example outputs are designed for brand-safe creative work. Sexually explicit content, nudity, sexually suggestive depictions of minors, deepnude tools, face-swap onto real people, and adult-oriented use cases are not supported, are not the intended use of the product, and are actively blocked by our moderation pipeline.

Pre-flight prompt screening

Before any image or video is generated β€” and before any credits are charged β€” we screen the user's prompt with a two-layer system: a curated denylist of explicit-intent phrases (covering nudity, disrobing instructions, sexual acts, and minor depictions) and an LLM-based moderation classifier. Prompts flagged at this stage are rejected immediately with a clear policy message, no model is invoked, no compute is consumed, and no output is produced. This stops disallowed generations at the entry point rather than relying solely on post-generation cleanup.

Post-generation moderation of every image and video

Every image, video, and asset that touches our platform β€” whether uploaded by a user or generated by one of the AI models we route to β€” is screened by an automated moderation pipeline before it is shown back to the user, before it can be shared to the community gallery, and before it can be exported or downloaded.

  • Primary signal: OpenAI omni-moderation, evaluating sexual, sexual/minors, violence, hate, self-harm, and harassment categories on every frame and every image.
  • Secondary image classifier (NSFW image detection) acts as a second voice for explicit content; the asset is flagged if either signal trips.
  • Videos are sampled densely (boundary frames plus interior, capped at 30 frames) so explicit content cannot hide at the start, end, or middle of a clip.
  • Detection is fail-fast and parallelized β€” the first frame that trips a category flags the asset as NSFW, hides it from the user's gallery, and blocks it from being shared.
  • When an asset is flagged, the underlying media URL is stripped from every server response. The flagged-state placeholder card we render in the dashboard does not contain a link to the file. Sensitive media never reaches the user's browser.
  • Posts shared to the public showcase are independently re-scanned with the same pipeline before they go live.

If a generation is flagged, the file remains in our storage for audit and appeals review but is not displayed in the user's dashboard, cannot be exported, and cannot be shared to the public showcase. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content lead to account suspension.

Training references and your AI character model

When you train a custom AI character model on MakeInfluencer.ai we apply additional safeguards. Reference photos must contain a detectable human face β€” uploads without one are rejected at the training step. Custom uploads require an explicit rights-confirmation gate where the user attests they own or have documented consent for every reference image; we record and timestamp this acknowledgement. Trained character models are private to the account that created them by default β€” they are never published, never shared with other users, and never used to train shared infrastructure. We do not surface trained influencers publicly anywhere on the platform.

Prohibited content and use cases

You may not use MakeInfluencer.ai, our APIs, our exported content, or any account on the platform to create, store, share, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAE/CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or any content that could be construed as sexualizing a person under 18. We have zero tolerance and report to NCMEC where required by law.
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content. Nudity, sexual acts, exposed genitals, and suggestive poses are not permitted.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, "deepnude" transformations, or any image that depicts an identifiable real person in a sexual or intimate manner without their explicit, verifiable consent.
  • Realistic depictions of identifiable real people β€” including celebrities, public figures, private individuals, employees, classmates, or any person you do not have explicit written permission to depict β€” without verifiable consent.
  • Deepfakes used to defame, harass, intimidate, or deceive, including fabricated political statements, fabricated confessions, fabricated endorsements, or any content designed to be mistaken for an authentic recording of a real person.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, incitement of violence, or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
  • Graphic violence, gore, glorification of self-harm, or content that promotes dangerous activities.
  • Content that facilitates illegal activity β€” including the creation, sale, or distribution of weapons, drugs, malware, or fraudulent goods and services.
  • Election interference, manipulated political media designed to mislead, or impersonation of government officials.
  • Scams, phishing, financial fraud, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or content designed to deceive others into transferring money or credentials.
  • Trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or any third-party IP without authorization from the rights holder.

Real people, identity, and likeness

MakeInfluencer.ai is built for the creation of original AI characters β€” personas you design from scratch β€” not for replicating, reviving, or substituting real people. Uploading reference photos of identifiable third parties, public figures, or anyone other than yourself (or someone who has provided documented consent) is a violation of these terms. We do not support face swap or likeness transfer onto identifiable real people, and we do not market the product for those use cases.

Minors and age representation

All AI characters generated on the platform must be unambiguously adult (18 or older). Prompts, traits, or reference imagery that would result in a minor depiction are blocked at the generation step and, if produced, blocked at the moderation step. Sexualized content involving anyone who could be perceived as a minor is treated as CSAE, results in immediate and permanent account termination, and is reported to NCMEC and to law enforcement where applicable.

Enforcement and account actions

Depending on severity and history, violations may result in: removal of the offending content, removal of the user's ability to share to the public showcase, generation rate-limiting, suspension of the user's account, permanent termination, refusal of refunds, and reporting to law enforcement and to relevant clearinghouses. CSAE-related violations are non-negotiable and result in permanent termination.

Reporting abuse or content concerns

If you encounter content on MakeInfluencer.ai that you believe violates this policy β€” including content that depicts you or someone you know without consent, or copyright takedown requests β€” please email hello@makeinfluencer.ai. For takedowns include the URL of the content, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We respond to safety reports within 72 hours and typically within 24 hours for CSAE or non-consensual intimate imagery reports.

Appeals and false positives

If a generation is flagged that you believe is brand-safe β€” for example a swimwear, fitness, or lifestyle shoot caught by a strict threshold β€” you may appeal by emailing hello@makeinfluencer.ai with the generation ID. We review every appeal manually.
